ミュージックコレクティブ”XinU”（シンユウ） Music Collective ”XinU”　English explanation comes after Japanese あなた“Uにクロス“ Xするをキーワードに、今Tokyoで鳴っているサウンドと、自然体でありながら も芯をついた日本語詞で“今”を切り取っていく。 R&B、ジャズ、ヒップホップ、フォークロアを飲み 込む新たなサウンドと、f分の1のゆらぎを持つと言われる透明感がありながらもスモーキーな歌声 でボーダレスに音楽の未来を切り開いていく。 2021年に「ココカラ」でデビュー。 2枚のEPリリースを経て2023年5月31日に1stフルアルバム『XinU』をリリース。 プロデューサーにサウスロンドンの先鋭edbl （エドブラック）や、Ovallのドラマーやプロデューサーとしても活躍 するmabanua （マバヌア）らを迎えて制作された。アルバムリード曲「いつのまにか」は全国13のラジオ局パワー プレイを獲得し、J-WAVEやFM NORTH WAVEではチャート上位にランクイン。 また同年6月には代官山UNIT、 11月には渋谷WWWでのワンマン公演がソールドアウトとなり、そのライブパフォーマンスにも注目が集まった。 2024年6月26日には3rd EP 『XinU EP#03』をリリース。 XinU EP #03 Release Tourと題して福岡、東京、台北、 桐生にてワンマンライブを開催。全ての公演のチケットがソールドアウト。 初の海外ワンマンライブである台北 公演にはSNSをきっかけにXinUを知った台湾のファンが詰め掛け、国境を越えてアジアでもXinUの音楽が拡が りをみせている。 同年12月4日、アルバム『A.O.R - Adult Oriented Romance』をリリース。 前作アルバムに引き続き、国内外のプロデューサーとコラボレーションをしており、USアーカンソー出身のオルタ ナティブポップデュオjoan、作曲家/トラックメイカーのMori Zentaro、デビュー時からXinUを支えている M-Swiftこと松下昇平らを迎えて制作された。 XinU自身が作詞、作曲、セルフプロデュースを手掛けた「愛おしい ままで」「Hora Hora」や、自身の音楽のルーツであるアカペラをフィーチャーした楽曲に加え、「とけてゆく」のニューバージョンも収録。 2024年12月20日より、初の恵比寿リキッドルーム公演を含む、福岡・東京・台北の３都市で、XinU 2nd Album 『A.O.R - Adult Oriented Romance』リリース記念ワンマンライブを開催。 2025年1月5日には台北Breeze MEGA Studioで単独フルバンドライブを実現させている。また3月14日には、初となるビルボードライブ横浜公 演、XinU“From One to Collective” at Billboard Liveを開催。Collective Stageをソールドアウト。 2025年4月 よりキングレコード/HEROIC LINEとメジャー契約。 さらにその活動の場を広げていく。 Music Collective ”XinU” XinU “Crossover”s (X) with “You” (U). Pronounced [Sin-Yū], XinU carves out the “now” through real-time Tokyo sounds and her Japanese lyrics that are at once organic and unapologetically honest. XinU weaves together R&B, jazz, hip-hop, and folklore into a sound that feels entirely new. Her voice̶said to fluctuate with the natural rhythm of 1/f, a frequency believed to resonate with human biological rhythms̶carries both clarity and a smoky depth, as she continues to blur boundaries and open new doors to a borderless future of music. Following her 2021 debut with the single “Kokokara,” XinU released two EPs before dropping her first full-length album, XinU, on May 31, 2023. The album features collaborations with cutting-edge South London producer edbl (Ed Black) and mabanua, the acclaimed Japanese drummer and producer known for his work with Ovall. The lead track, “Itsu no Manika,” became a power play favorite on Japanese radio and climbed the charts with strong momentum. Continuously selling out headline shows, she has gained acclaim for her numerous live performances. Following the release of her third EP, XinU EP #03, on June 26, 2024, the accompanying tour sold out at every venue. Her first overseas headlining show in Taipei drew a full house of local fans̶many of whom discovered her through social media̶highlighting the growing, borderless appeal of XinU’s music across Asia. On December 4th of the same year, she released her new album A.O.R - Adult Oriented Romance. Continuing to work with producers both from Japan and abroad, the album features a diverse lineup of artists including Arkansas-based alternative pop duo joan, composer and trackmaker Mori Zentaro, and long-time collaborator Shohei Matsushita, a.k.a. M-Swift, who has supported her since her debut. The album includes self-written, self-produced tracks such as “Itoōshii Mama de” and “Hora Hora”, which features a cappella, her musical roots. Listeners can also enjoy a newly arranged version of “Toketeyuku” , adding a fresh layer to her growing discography. Starting December 20, 2024, XinU held shows to celebrate her album release in three cities: Fukuoka, Tokyo, and Taipei. On January 5, 2025, she achieved a major milestone by successfully performing a solo live show with a full band at the Taipei Breeze MEGA Studio, further solidifying her growing success. In April 2025, XinU signed a major label deal with King Record’s HEROIC LINE, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter as she expands her presence in the music industry.
